As the Church of Christ, we are committed to engaging EVERYONE, without exception. However, some people need specific adaptations and accessibility measures in order to feel truly welcomed, and we don’t always know how to provide them. Let’s talk about this.

SUNDAY MORNING

10am:  Breakfast - Bring some food to share.

10:45am: Stephanie Fast will speak on: No Division in the Body. Unity in the church requires us to recognise every part of the body and create welcoming spaces for those on the margins. An inclusive approach to people with disabilities.

Stephanie lives in Steinbach and works as a teacher at Steinbach Christian School while also studying at Providence Seminary. She loves interacting with her teenage students and getting involved with extra curricular activities like drama and student council. She has been a part of the EMC her whole life and currently attends Blumenort Community church.

Children and Teenagers: Our kids’ room is all set up and ready—just waiting to be filled with the joy of our children and we will have a special table for children and teenagers with drawing and coloring materials.
